We are excited to start online sales with shipping and curbside pickup options beginning this Thursday, May 14. ! We’ve been getting a few questions from folks so we wanted to post a little FAQ that will cover the basics and give everyone more information. Feel free to reach out if we missed anything!
Who’s making the candy? We are working with a reduced staff for now, with hopes to add more. We are practicing social distancing and upping our already stringent cleaning procedures to help to keep everyone as safe as possible during these times.
Will you have *insert favorite candy here*? We will try to get to everyone’s favorites as the weeks go by but we will have somewhat limited menu.
You ran out of my favorite candy, when will it be back? Because we are a small team we will also have smaller inventory at the moment, but we will be working hard to keep up with demand!
Can we call in an order? Online orders only at this point, thank you for understanding! Exception: If you have a gift certificate, call 218-741-1577 to order.
What will the pickup options be? Tuesday through Saturday 10am -5:00 pm
Will someone bring it out to my car? If you choose the pickup option when ordering online, we will have your order bagged and labeled and ready on the date and time you specified. Call 218-741-1557 on arrival and we will place your order on a table outside the front door. Thank you for following distancing guidelines when picking up your order & thank you for your purchase!
Can I come in the store and say hi? We miss seeing all our customers but for everyone’s safety, no visitors inside the store at this time.
